Once again this year, Gancia successfully took part in the third edition of Alta Langa Roma, the prestigious B2B event dedicated to the finest Piedmontese sparkling wines.
On Monday, 11 May 2026, in the prestigious setting of Spazio Field at Palazzo Brancaccio, Gancia was among the protagonists of the third edition of Alta Langa Roma, the event organized by the Alta Langa Consortium and dedicated to HoReCa professionals, wine experts and specialized press.
A day celebrating excellence, which brought together more than 700 accredited guests and provided an important opportunity to share the identity and value of Alta Langa DOCG, Piedmont’s most distinguished Metodo Classico sparkling wines.
On this occasion, Gancia presented three of its most representative expressions of Alta Langa DOCG, the result of a long-standing sparkling wine tradition and a constant pursuit of quality:
- Cuvée 120 Mesi Riserva Alta Langa DOCG Metodo Classico Brut 2011
- Cuvée 36 Mesi Alta Langa DOCG Metodo Classico Brut 2018
- Cuvée 36 Mesi Rosé Alta Langa DOCG Metodo Classico Brut 2020
Gancia’s pursuit of excellence was further celebrated through the presentation of Cuvée 60 Mesi Riserva Alta Langa DOCG 2011 in magnum format during a prestigious masterclass dedicated to the art of long ageing. Led by Marco Reitano, sommelier of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant La Pergola at Rome Cavalieri – The Waldorf Astoria, the tasting highlighted the distinctive character of great Alta Langa wines, where time becomes one of their most valuable allies.
