Crafted from selected wines, primarily white varieties, and a blend of carefully selected herbs.
Production process
The production process consists of three carefully managed stages. Neutral wines are first selected to ensure the perfect balance with the blend of herbs and spices. A selection of local botanicals, including wormwood, cerea orange, sweet orange and bitter orange, is then combined with exotic spices such as cinnamon, sandalwood, cloves, nutmeg and cinchona bark, and infused in alcohol to create a blend with an alcohol content of 30% ABV. The infusion is subsequently combined with the wine, sugar and natural extracts before being filtered and refined in tanks to develop its distinctive character. Following a final tasting, the product is bottled and prepared for enjoyment.
