The authenticity of a brut classic vintage method, obtained from grapes coming from selected DOCG Alta Langa vineyards: a tradition that is experience, in the search for the best quality, in the improvement over the years, in the achievement of a high quality production.

Visual exam
Golden yellow color, very fine perlage, with a good crown, rich and persistent.

Olfactory examination
The scent is very pleasant, expresses a set of intense scents, such as vanilla, yeast and ripe fruit.

Taste exam
The taste is intense, with good fragrance, a balance of all the senses in the mouth and a very long, rich and persistent finish.

Grapes
Pinot nero and Chardonnay from the area recognized by DOCG ALTA LANGA.

Production Area
Selected lands above 250 m in the hills of the Langhe and Monferrato DOC "ALTA LANGA"

Winemaking
The very soft pressing takes place through the Marmonnier press in the historic cellars of the early nineteenth century - a UNESCO World Heritage Site - where only the heart of the must is vinified. The must for each pressing and batch is fermented both in barriques and in steel tanks at controlled temperature until the time of preparation of the cuvée and the subsequent draft for the second fermentation in the bottle.

Sparkling method
Classic Traditional Method, with a 40-day fermentation in the bottle

Refinement
Aging for at least 36 months in the cool cellars of Casa Gancia at controlled temperature.

Storage
The ideal cellar for storing wine must have a temperature between 11-15 ° C, there should be no temperature changes. Low power and never neon lighting. Humidity around 65-70%. Avoid storing other foods with intense and penetrating flavors and aromas.
